You will find there all the details necessary, to calculate your boat rental price.

Periods 2008

The rental season is divided into 5 periods

A Period : 15/03 > 25/04 & 13/09 > 01/11
B Period : 26/04 > 27/06 & 30/08 > 12/09

C Period : 28/06 > 11/07 & 23/08 > 29/08
D Period : 12/07 > 22/08
E Period : 19/07 > 15/08
only for bases in the south of France :
Bouziès-St Cirq, Buzet,
Bram, Le Somail, Bellegarde.
Other bases : see prices in D Period

 

NB = 1 week= 7 nights.
When your holiday overlaps two periods,
the price is calculated according to the number of nights in each period.

*Other bookings / short breaks ::

During the A period (green), B period (blue) and C period (Yellow), you can rent your boat for a week-end or mid-week.
In that case, the rental price is the following :

Week-end 2 days 50% of the week price from friday 4 PM to sunday 5 PM
Week-end 3 days 70% of the week price idem WE 2 days + 1 day before or after
Week-end 4 days 80% of the week price idem WE 3 days + 1 day before or after
Week-end 5 days 90% of the week price idem WE 4 days + 1 day before or after
Mid-week 62% of the week price from monday 2 PM to friday 9 AM, or from tuesday 2 PM to saturday 9 AM

THE RIVER LOT (departure from Bouziès - St Cirq)

A shorter season, inclement river conditions and additional supervision,
prices for this region are slightly higher than in others :
80 EUROS supplement per boat and per cruise.

 

THE PORTUGAL (departure from Amieira)

Portugal Cruises : open all year round !
 From November 2007 to March 2008 = "Green" Price -5%
Except from 20/12/2007 to 03/01/2008 (Christmas & New Year's Eve) = "Blue Price"

  • Boat hire
  • Boat equipment, crockery and linen
  • Boat insurance
  • Technical help : avail. 7 days a week
  • Logbook
  • DVD "security aboard your boat"
  • Fuel, gas, and other consumables : more or less 15 to 30 euros per day
  • Security deposit and Final cleaning (see "Deposit")

EXTRAS

* Bike hire : 28 euros per week. Payable at the base.
* Car park / Garage : from 20 to 45 euros per week. Payable at the base.
 * Pets : 30 euros / pet. Payable at the base.
* Insurance (Optional-cost according to policy)
* Navigation map : 20 euros
* One-way supplement : 110 euros. This does not include transferts of vehicles and/or passengers.

DEPOSIT

At your departure, you will leave a deposit :
800 EUROS per boat (except N800/R750 = 630 EUROS)
and 150 EUROS for cleaning deposit (except N800/R750= 120 EUROS).
It covers the insurance franchise, working losses and boat cleaning if this has not been done. This sum will be repaid to you at the end of your cruise if the boat and its equipment are brought back clean, in good condition and undamaged, at the time and place agreed on.
